The Etsy App for iOS
With the Etsy app you can browse Etsy, discover unique items, and make purchases on the go.
To manage your shop from your iPhone, you’ll need to download the Sell on Etsy for iOS app. Learn more about it here.
Note: The Etsy app for iPhone is designed for iOS devices running iOS 9.3 and above.
Tap here to get to your Profile, Conversations, Purchases & Reviews, and Settings. If you're a seller, you'll also see a button to switch to the Sell on Etsy app.
Profile: Here, you can view and edit your public profile page. Tap Edit at the top right to upload a new profile picture, change your location or gender, add your birthday, or write your bio.
Conversations: This is Etsy's messaging system. Send a conversation or see messages you've received from other Etsy members.
Purchases & Reviews: This shows all your Etsy purchases. Here, you can leave reviews for the items you've purchased.
Settings: Manage your push notifications, view Legal information, choose to connect to Facebook so that you can Share your Favorites on Facebook, and sign out.
Tapping Home will bring you to For you, Etsy Picks, and Local.
For you: Items and shops you may like, based on your favorites. This section also shows you items you've recently viewed and favorited.
Etsy Picks: Popular shops on Etsy, current trending items, and daily picks from our editors.
Local: Markets near you where you can shop in person.
Here, you can view the items and shops that you have favorited.
Type in a search for items or sort through Categories. Learn more about Etsy Search.
View items you've added to your cart so you can go ahead and purchase.
2.What's the Etsy help phone number?
Requesting a Call From Etsy
In the US, Etsy phone support operates 7 days a week:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern US time
Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6pm Eastern US time
Etsy also offers German phone support 5 days a week. During these hours, you can request a phone call from a native German speaker.
Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 6:00pm CET
To use the "Request a Phone Call" tool:
1.) Sign in to your account and go to Etsy’s contact page. It's linked at the bottom of this page.
2.) Choose What can we help you with? and any other topics that are relevant to your issue.
3.) Click Request a Phone Call to get to the request form.
4.) Provide your name, phone number, and a brief description of your issue.
We aim to call you back within 30 minutes of your request at the number you share with us. Our call will be coming from an 800 number.
For any requests made outside our hours of operation, we'll get back to you over email.
