1. What are the most unusual items sold on eBay?
With the news that some new £5 notes and jars of Marmite are listed on eBay for enormous amounts we thought we'd find some of the most unusual, outrageous or overpriced items ever listed on eBay.
A. £5 note - £80,100: Amazingly this £5 note sold on eBay for £80,100, it's unclear why it attracted such a large amount as it doesn't have a low serial number.
B. Puddle watch water - £66,000: A bottle of dirty water made famous by the Drummond Puddle Watch was sold earlier this year for £66,000.
C. Apple employee business card - $2,653.00: It wasn't any old business card, this particular Apple employee was called Sam Sung - famous for having the name of his company's arch-enemy. He sold his work gear and gave the money to charity.
D. Air from a Kanye West concert - $66,000: Amazingly last year some Kanye fans were bidding for a plastic bag full of air from his concerts - despite there being no proof that either the seller or the air was at the gig.
E. French toast - $1,025: Pop star Justin Timberlake left some french toast after an interview at a New York radio station in 2000. The presenter decided to put the toast up for sale and one fan coughed up the bucks!
2. How to add more than one item on eBay store?
You can add multiple items in a single listing if you have more than one identical item to sell.
To add more than one item on eBay store:
A. Login to your eBay account and locate the seller from which you wish to buy.
B. Locate the first item you wish to purchase and click “Buy It Now.” This will take you to a screen asking you how you would like to pay for the item. This is simply a review screen before the final checkout; at the bottom is a button for “Continue Shopping.” Click this button.
C. Select the additional items you wish to purchase, one at a time, using this same process until you are ready to check out.
D. Choose between “PAY” and “Ask Seller for an Invoice.” Pay will guide you through the standard checkout process. Asking the seller for an invoice is recommended, as it gives the seller the chance to apply any discounts that you may accumulate up front.
E. Pay for your items via the checkout and check your email for the confirmation invoice. Check the “Pay Now” tab under “My eBay” to see any outstanding balance remaining. You should receive one invoice listing all items under one total.
