1.How To Refund eBay Invoice Fees Monthly?
You'll receive a monthly invoice for items you've listed or sold, as well as any subscriptions or supplemental services used (such as postage labels). If you list an item during one billing cycle, but it doesn't sell until the next cycle, you may see your fees split between two invoices.
After you receive an invoice, payment for your selling fees will be charged to your credit card within 10 days. If you use PayPal or direct debit, it'll be deducted from your PayPal account no sooner than 15 days after the invoice date.

If you're making a one-time payment, make sure to pay at least five days before your payment due date. Allow at least 10 business days plus delivery time if you're sending a cheque or money order.
